  • If your event requires a password, it will be sent to you by email.
    • If you have not received it, this may mean:
      • The event is not yet ready for viewing, or
      • We may have an incorrect email on file.
    • If you believe you should have access, please call our studio to confirm.
  • For Picture Day (undergrads):
    • Pre-ordering opens two weeks before Picture Day and remains available until student proofs are uploaded (usually within one week after Picture Day).
    • Once proofs are ready, you will receive an individual link to your student’s gallery, where you can view and purchase images.
  • For Seniors:
    • Please select a Yearbook image through the Yearbook Tab on the top of the page. No purchase needed.

    Senior Portraits FAQ

    Is retouching included?

    Yes. Yearbook and all ordered images or color corrected, cropped, and blemishes and glass glare are removed by our in-house artist

    What if I need additional or specific retouching?

    Braces removal, correcting discolored and chipped teeth, or fixing clothing and hair can be done at an additional charge. Price is dependent on the scope of the request, a free quote can be given during our in-person sales appointment.

    Do I need to make a purchase to submit my Yearbook image?

    Nope! Once you select an image it is automatically updated in our system.

    Can I change my Yearbook selection?

    Before the deadline yes you can return to the page to change which pose you would like for your Yearbook image.

    Can I order digital files?

    Starting the Summer of 2025, each package and orders over $199 automatically comes with digital files of each pose selected. Additional poses can be added to any package at an additional cost per pose.

    What is Lustre?

    All portraits, excluding canvas and wallets, are hand finished with a satin perma-coat lacquer to prevent glare and protect against discoloration. Lustre portraits may be displayed with or without glass.

    How is my order mailed?

    Each order is packaged in house and shipped UPS.
